I'm Maria, a meditation practitioner, coach-in-training, and lifelong supporter of women through change. With over 25 years in the hair and wellness industry, I’ve helped people feel better in themselves—now I help them come home to themselves.

As a woman navigating ADHD, perimenopause, and midlife, I know what it means to feel overwhelmed and ready for something different. Breathe & Begin is the space I needed myself—calm, grounded, and human.
